No, all services are offered exclusively at our Cherrywood studio.

When can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available once your order is confirmed. Please give at least 5 hours’ notice before arriving - full details will be in your confirmation email.

How much is shipping?

We offer the following delivery options:

• Local Pickup (Dublin) – FREE
• Ireland Delivery (An Post Express) – €12 (flat rate)
• International Shipping (DPD) – Price depends on location view our shipping policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website:

• An Post Tracking (Ireland)
• DPD Tracking (International)

If you haven't received your tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes - all of our shipping methods are express by default. We use reliable, fast couriers (An Post and DPD) to ensure prompt delivery.
However, delivery times may still vary based on your location, customs processing, and courier demand.

Are estimated delivery times guaranteed?

Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping partners and are intended as a guide.
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues especially during peak seasons.
We appreciate your understanding and will always help follow up with the courier if needed.

What types of hair do you offer?

At EBL, we source premium-quality extensions with integrity and care. Here’s a breakdown of the textures we offer:

Raw Vietnamese Hair (Multi-Donor)
Thick, full, and naturally straight. This hair is raw, unprocessed, and collected from multiple donors, giving it strength and volume.
Single Donor Vietnamese Hair
Cut from one donor only, this hair is pure and consistent from root to tip, ideal for those who want a sleek, high-end finish with minimal variation.
Raw Cambodian Hair
Lightweight with a soft, airy texture. Perfect for effortless volume and natural movement.
Raw Burmese Curls
Dense, coily curls that hold definition beautifully. Naturally full and ideal for bold, voluminous styles.
Virgin Deep Wavy & Textured Curls
These textures are gently steam-processed (not chemically altered) to create lasting curl patterns while maintaining softness and strength.
Coloured Hair
All our coloured bundles and wigs are made from raw hair to ensure they remain durable, soft, and long-lasting, even after processing.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

To get the most out of your investment, we recommend the following hair care routine:

✔️ Wash with sulfate-free shampoos and deep condition regularly
✔️ Avoid excessive heat styling always use a heat protectant
✔️ Detangle gently using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush
✔️ Store your hair in a silk or satin bag when not in use
✔️ Never sleep with wet hair, allow it to dry fully to prevent tangling or matting

How many bundles do I need?

The number of bundles you'll need depends on your desired length, hair type, and volume. Here’s a quick guide:
