Domestic Orders (Ireland): 1-3 business days via An Post
International Orders: 2-3 business days via DPD
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your shipping label is created. Please be aware that tracking may not show movement right away, as your parcel could be collected by the courier later that same day or the next business day.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. If your order is lost, stolen, or marked as “Delivered” but not received, please contact your local post office or courier and file a claim directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or compensation for packages once they have left our facility.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, and refunds are not available for delayed delivery.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept RETURNS.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The exchange request must be approved by our team before shipping
If you wish to exchange for a different product:
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be required to pay the difference before the new item is shipped
Shipping Costs:
- If the error was from EBL (e.g. wrong item sent), we will cover return shipping
- If the exchange is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and must use a tracked delivery method
Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the error was made by EBL (e.g. sending the wrong item and no replacement is available).
Refunds are not available for personal reasons, such as:
- Change of mind
- Texture or length preference
- Ordering the wrong item
If a refund is approved due to an EBL error:
- It will be processed to your original payment method
- Shopify and Stripe payment processing fees (charged by their platforms) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund
-Refunds are processed after we receive and evaluate the returned item, and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
However, if you need to change your order or delivery address, you can do so immediately after placing the order. Once tracking information has been generated, no changes can be made.
Please ensure all order details - including products, address, and shipping method - are correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information submitted at the time of purchase.
