1. EBL Hair Only: All services are exclusively for clients with EBL hair. If your hair is not from EBL, your appointment may be declined.
2. Hair Prep: Hair must be clean, dry, and free of product upon arrival to avoid rescheduling.
3. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Please double-check that you are booking for EBL hair only before proceeding.
4. Timeliness: Late arrivals may lead to shorter service time or cancellation.
5. Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will forfeit your deposit.
6. Rescheduling: Available via your confirmation email, up to 48 hours before your appointment.
7. No-Shows: Missed appointments are non-refundable and may prevent future bookings.

1. Payments: We accept bank transfers or exact cash only. Please note we don’t carry change, so do bring the exact amount.
   
2. Balance: Your remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
   
3. Add-Ons: Add-on services aren’t included at checkout, if you’re treating yourself to a little extra, please keep that in mind when planning your payment.
   
4. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your total.
